Valuation, Consultation, and Review Report Formats

Valuation, Consultation, and Review Report Formats

Whether your project requires an appraisal, a consulting service, or a technical review of another’s work product, UVE can communicate the assignment results in a format best suited for your project and your intended use. An appropriate Scope of Work is developed for every valuation assignment to consider client needs, project timing, and acceptable fee structures.

Valuation, Consultation, and Review Report Formats

Commission-Regulated Transactions

For commission-regulated acquisition projects, detailed valuation reports are prepared which explain the development of the value opinion in detail in compliance with the regulatory agency’s rules.

Due Diligence – Internal Use

For internal use – whether it be due diligence or simply exploring the acquisition or disposition of assets – a summary valuation or consulting report with less detail might be appropriate.

Preliminary Analysis and RFPs

For a preliminary analysis prior to issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) or contemplating replying to an RFP, an oral report and/or consultation might be appropriate.

Review Reports

Review Reports provide a client an independent and objective analysis of another’s work product. A properly-developed Review Report might conclude a concurrence with the report’s analysis and conclusions or might identify issues with respect to analysis, accuracy, and credibility.
